refactor nscf factories #248

add new nscf_from_gsinput factory and refactor ebands and edos factories.

@gpetretto I think this PR can be closed as I had merged it into my gw factory refactoring PR (which is merged). I already checked that this is the case and things are ok, but can you also cross-check ? Thanks
