Do you have plan to support Enterprise instance? #52

We're looking forward to be able to change this value. When do you support GitHub Enterprise? Or how can I handle this on my own? https://github.com/abinoda/label-when-approved-action/blob/master/entrypoint.sh#L30

It'll need to use the $GITHUB_API_URL instead of the hardcoded value. Since this repo has not been changed over the last 4 years, I don't see it happening.
