Introduced an input box and add button to allow users to add custom file extensions.
Ensured extensions can be added with or without a leading dot (e.g., "rs" or ".rs").
Displayed a list of added extensions with the ability to remove them.

Basically allows you to add to the common file extensions list.

Awesome stuff! But I envisioned it a bit differently.
