Barcodes format #4

It seems that Athena does not accept barcodes that do not end with "-1". Is it something important? The data that we have does not follow this convention, so I had to manually modify the input fastq files.

Dear Misha,

I tried Athena with data whose barcode format that does not end with "-1" too. And it caused an error here #30 . What is the reason for flye-polish to raise an error like that?

Hi Tan,

I am not a maintainer of Athena, but I think making the barcodes to follow this format would be the first thing to try.
