- all people are limited by design, but they can learn, and they want to be useful if treated well
- being excellent and useful to each other is a life learning activity
- coopetition and cooperation works better than competition
- growth mindset allows to augment each other and needs practice
- rules adapt with the level of players
- openesss has the greatest value for more people
- attention is needed to look for a way around obstacles, not for fixing on the obstacles
Coopetition and cooperation works if there is a greater goal than just hoarding the money, such as doughnut targets in 21st century economics.
People don't want jobs, but they want the money that come with jobs (Abhijit Banerjee).
We have a situation in Belarus where people are leaving jobs in government, because they can't support the violence against own citizens by the old guy who rigged elections and claimed to be the legitimate ruler, while all independent polls show that much more people voted for alternative candidate (at least 30% more). Regardless of the situation, we have a problem that many economic agents are not able to act in favour of the goodwill, because they may not even have means for survival.
The "capacity building company" is not a commercial company, because its goal is not "getting all the money". Its goal is on-boarding and raising the level of living for as much people as possible around. The "capacity building company" is more about mutual market hapiness and having a life job balance rather than about "success". The assumption is that a person can not be happy if people around them are not happy - that's why when people get rich, they tend to build a wall to live behind it. A capacity building company is a way to try something different. It is not built to compete or replace commercial companies. It might happen that such company will be able to solve completely different problem, that were unreachable in commercial gameplay, like supporting our visible and invisible infrastructure.
