[Suggestion] Add IP2Location.io API in geocoding library #1

I would like to introduce our IP2Location.io IP geolocation API to this geocoding library.

Hi @ip2location thanks for your suggestion. When you say "introduce", do you mean "contribute code" or are you just making us aware of your service in hopes we'll write a LookupService for it?
