Restore back my Operator identity #164

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Nothing was changed after installing the app.
2. I uninstalled it.
3. I noticed that my Operator is not listed anymore on Play Store like 
"OperatorNameHere HTC Desire HD"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see just HTC Desire HD

What version of the product are you using? On what ROM?
Android 2.3.3

Please provide any additional information below.

Attach a logcat output if possible.
