Fix config, make chains non-copiable, each query aligns only to a single target

Not fixing the memory yet, but some changes that are necessary anyways.

• Configs are copied with binaries
• Chains are now only movable
• Each query can only be aligned to a single target.

Tests that passed on TeamCity:

• diploidy
• test of deletion
• test on all simulated censat reads
