Unrecognized file format #4

Hi @mikeraiko I tried running plasmidverify using Pfam 30.0 database, Pfam-A.full.gz. but scripts says Format tag is 'F6R8L2_ORNAN/163-198': unrecognized. Current H3 format is 'HMMER3/f'. Previous H2/H3 formats also supported.

Please advice

I found the file its File:Pfam-A.hmm.dat.gz

I would suggest the document be updated to indicate the specific file to use for the hmm search.
