updated links to BUSCO databases #269

busco installation on quast 5.2.0 fails due to outdated links to gzipped busco databases. This PR updates the links to the most recent 'odb10' versions, and installs correctly using:

./setup.py install_full

Test passed with ./setup.py test

sorry, wasn't able to correctly implement busco after this pr on all datasets. closing for now.
