I keep runnning into "finished abnormally, err code: -11" #1267

Description of bug

I am trying to run spades and the same error keeps popping up

SPAdes version

3.13.0

Operating System

Linux-5.10.102.1-microsoft-standard-WSL2-x86_64-with-glibc2.35

Python Version

3.9.12

Method of SPAdes installation

conda

No errors reported in spades.log

I would suggest you to contact conda. We do not maintain these binaries and it seems they are not compatible with WSL.

I encountered the same (or a similar) error:
