This is a known issue of 3rd party library we are using. So far the only workaround is to do some quality trimming and skipping read error correction via --only-assembler

Description of bug
Dear spades team,
I tried at least three times on the same sample, but with same error each time, basically stopped at the same step --- Processing /storage/public/home/2023050563/shiyan/soapnuke/14MA_2.TM_paired.fq.gz.
