finished abnormally, err code: -6 #1289

Description of bug

SPAdes exists with error message:

== Error == system call for: "['/usr/lib/spades/bin/spades-corrector-core', '/data/djs217/PROJECTS/17_mahmut_bacteria/03_spades/Pseudo.spades/mismatch_corrector/contigs/configs/corrector.info', '/data/djs217/PROJECTS/17_mahmut_bacteria/03_spades/Pseudo.spades/misc/assembled_contigs.fasta']" finished abnormally, err code: -6

Method of SPAdes installation

No errors reported in spades.log

This issue is resolved. It is NOT an issue with SPAdes. Rather, this behaviour was caused by the filesystem being full and therefore SPAdes was unable to write to a file.
