metaSPAdes err code -1 #170

Hi,

I'm assembling metagenomes from ancieant microbiome samples. I have successfully assembled genomes from almost all of my samples, but am struggling with two of them. One of the failures is giving me an error "finished abnormally, err code -1". I am attaching the params.txt and spades.log for this one in particular.

Thank you for your help. I may open another ticket with the other dataset if I can't figure it out. It is giving me an err code 6 which is all over this forum and is usually associated with memory issues, but I'll hold off on my question regarding that one.

Does the problem reproduce if you'd rerun your SPAdes job?

The error does reproduce when run again.
