update to MLJ 0.17.0

I've updated the exercises to MLJ 0.17.0 as well as all other packages to their most recent version.

Apart from that, all pipeline examples use now the new syntax introduced with version. 0.17.0.

Finally an overview on how the tutorials behaved on the M1-platform using Julia 1.7.1 (where I tested each one after updating to MLJ 0.17.0):

• Tutorial 01: ok
• Tutorial 02: ok
• Tutorial 03: seg. fault on first run, ok after restart
• Tutorial 04: seg. fault (on several runs)
• Tutorial 05: ok
• Exercises 99: seg. fault (on several runs)
