Create article menu option #21

Raised by @Minenash.

@Minenash - This was removed because it links to the old article editor which has been deprecated. I'll just clean-up this menu a but by removing the horizontal divider.

When we overhaul the profile page we'll make the dropdown navigation more consistent with the new styling.
