Show sub-titles in My Posts and Editor #22

It would be really nice if subtitle was also included in these. Also in the editor, it would be nice if the subtitle box was already there, but with (optional) next to the text.

This was considered as part of the design but went against the minimalist clean nature of the design and was left out to declutter as it serves no purpose in those contexts. If you have a sub-title set on a post it will show by default when editing though so it is only shown by default if being used.
