Liferay 7.3 + bugfix + reorder + additional items

I have applied liferay 7.3 dependencies, there..

• was one api-level change (one parameter changed..)
• were some kernel/etc lib versions: and these are reflected in osgi modules.. so they got updated.
• were some null pointers, mistaken group-ids, assuming english language.. small things (: The addition of portlets might not have the best algorithm, it needs a re-think, but it works for now. The maven version might be too large; but seems .2->.3 change justifies a minor version number change.

I still havent anonimized our config, to be added as a sample.. and we use the module from java-code without xml.

Hi Balint, thank you for the pull request, bugfixes and suggestion about branching, I will create branches that match liferay version that they are compatible with. Master will get the latest available. We'll use maven build versions 0.0.0.x to track changes in library itself as a first step.
