Refactored AblyChannel, AblyPresenceChannel and AblyPrivateChannel
Added token-based auth implementation for private/presence channels https://github.com/sac-fork/ably-auth-js
Added ably sandbox and basic integration tests.
Related to https://github.com/ably/ably-php-laravel/issues/23
