Update CI to test example app builds #419

As suggested by @ikbalkaya, to prevent issues like https://github.com/ably/ably-flutter/issues/418 our CI should probably include a check to verify that example application can be built correctly. We should consider adding separate action for this, running {{flutter build}} for example app
