Ably docs on Heroku need updating #618

As pointed out by a user on support, our documentation on Heroku dev center are out of date https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/ably, now that 1.1 is out, we should set some time aside to update these.

I think this is more than just SDK - it actually involves the documentation to addon as well (i.e. its web dashboard).

@kavalerov @tbedford I've only just noticed that I was assigned to this issue. It's not obvious to me that this would fall under SDK Team remit, so I'm going to unassign myself. If you feel that I, or one of the team, should be assigned then please feel free to do so and perhaps explain further as to why. Thanks! (FYI, @AndyNicks)

Steven Appleby - this seems to have fallen off the radar. Needs chasing up with SDK team and possibly web team. I’m not sure this is something docs team ever worked on.
