Adjust buttons etc on budget page #62

Edit button should be centered Add button placed beneath

Date field is removed and is now represented through title of page. This combined with the new forward/backward button makes it possible to choose a period

New forward/backward buttons (implement this when the new datamodel is ready (1.4 - versioning categories - #61 is part of this)

Steps

Make space between header and transaction rows.
Add button: place at same height as header. Adjust grid to handle section of button on the right/left side. Maybe a 3/4 - 1/4 division?
Align transaction rows container and budget rows container
- Should start at same height.
make header row on categories (with Sum calculated)
- Name this "Budget sum" and let amount be the total sum.
