Replace xstring with l3regex #41

xstring was only used in \iffieldendswithpunct which can be recreated with l3regex.

I haven't checked extensively, but I would expect that thanks to biblatex's punctuation tracker, which works really hard to avoid double punctuation, you don't actually need \iffieldendswithpunct at all. Certainly for fields ending in ?, ! and .. I'm not too sure about /, but which field ends in /?
