This PR adds an option to display character hints with a posframe in the center of each window instead of overlays. Works great with exwm!
Motivation: I use both ace-window and exwm, but Emacs overlays don't show on top of X windows managed by exwm so I see no character hints. I also have disabled the mode-line, so I have no indicator at all.
