make avy-goto-word-0 hint current line first #216

Hi, how can I make avy-goto-word-0 hint current line with one letter first?

Not sure what you're asking. And how you opened #217 with the same content.

here is an example,

I'd like the current line be hinted as a, s, d, f, q, j, k, l, w instead of those two letters.
