Add avy-mark-line and avy-mark-region #297

Hi abo-abo. Avy already has functions to copy, move , kill , duplicate. It would be great if you could add functions avy-mark-line and avy-mark-region to mark a line and mark a region. Reason: I want to quickly comment or add multiple cursors to it or perform any other operations on that marked region. Thank you.
