use xref-push-marker-stack instead of find-tag-marker-ring for version 27.1 and above #41

emacs 27.1 removes find-tag-marker-ring and replaces it with xref-push-marker-stack from package xref. This caused moo-action-jump to not work on versions 27.1 and above.
