Add lispy-browse-{readme,function-reference} and key bindings #554

Make it easier to quickly pull up the most commonly needed lispy help pages.

This is just a suggestion (with a similar intention to #553 of lowering the learning curve), but there could be better key bindings, or better ways of doing it.
