Can't go back from reverse-i-search with C-g

Start any Ivy interaction (e.g. C-x C-f for counsel-find-file or C-s for swiper).
Hit C-r to start reverse-i-search.
Hit C-g to cancel.

I should find myself back in the first Ivy buffer.

I am still in the reverse-i-search buffer. Hitting C-g a second time exits Ivy.

Emacs v25.3.1 on Windows 7. Ivy v20171010.1101 from melpa.

This may be related to #1215 although the symptoms are slightly different.

Thanks. The bug was introduced in 5f04a70e0f8686c46b5f5441761df65a79d9a720, quite a while ago. I'll see how to fix it later.

This is the same as #1215, I think. My symptoms were due to me using swiper.
