feature request: provide ivy backend for list-colors-display #694

Sometimes I tend to use list-colors-display to select a hex value for a colour. I switched to ivy a week(after using helm for about a month) back and the only feature that I miss is helm-colours which provided a helm interface for selecting colours. I know I could just call swiper when in colors buffer, but I'd be much better if it had ivy backend.

The read-color function does kind of what you want. I use emacs-master and it displays the color-names in the color by ivy. But this might be a new feature of emacs 26

I'll be sticking to stable version of emacs for now. Thanks for the tip though.
