Add npmignore and prepublish script.

Remove lib folder from git.

Coverage remained the same at 86.538% when pulling 9812d59223a8db946284c68fea26a888b4430052 on add-npmignore into 56923817d4e1ae1290e4bcbb49c0b188c55c9823 on master.
