Return to Default Extent #57

Default Extent (button labelled "H" on the left hand side, under the search button) broke after adding isochrone search button. Needs to be fixed, not sure how just now.

Replaced html home button with OL ZoomToExtent button so the control stays with map and is not independent of it like it was with the earlier custom control.
