Ability to compare different experiments and normalization methods #7

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

Comparing different experiments would help to check the validity of a hit,
the comparison of normalization methods would make it easier to select the
proper one, see the differences between them.

This is closely related to the ability to reorganize the shown values. This is a
fairly large task.

Actually now the ranking node and the heatmap node can handle multiple
experiments/normalization results, but for every experiments have to have
exactly the
same normalisations. (The UI is still not too flexible.)

Mostly done... The missing part is the correct handling of HiLites and some
cases the
information.

Seems to be made this feature... There are possible bugs, hopefully those will
be
easy to fix.

Sidenote: The different handling of the scores and the replicates makes this and
similar tasks unnecessarily harder. It is time to think again this design
decision.
