Update docs to reflect new output format #33

Analysis report now has

  1. the matches in the file-region
  2. post-analysis match creation system
  3. description fields for explaining the analysis result.

Analysis reports are now per file-region, rather than being per-match.

RTD errors also fixed. Docs Page of Forked Repo

@pombredanne I could make a RTD page from the nexb repo but I do not have access to setup a webhook. So temporarily linking to the RTD generated from my fork.

@pombredanne I'm updating this as we changed the output format a bit, pushing changes soon.
