Allow uploading of multiple files and folders for local scan #23

Full directories and multiple files should be allowed to be uploaded.

I think this is nice to have but not essential. It is simpler to have one upload for one scan

And we definitely do not need this at first

If the thing is needed in the future, we can use this to implement the following: https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/ref/models/fields/#django.db.models.FilePathField.allow_folders
