Instructions for approval

The command must follow the pattern /APPROVAL_TYPE env=ENVIRONMENT repos=REPOSITORIES.

APPROVAL_TYPE:
- promote: it will create a pull request to the target repository
- reject: it will close this issue.
ENVIRONMENT: DEV, QA, and PROD.
REPOSITORIES:
- all: every repository with the docker image reference
- repository name: the repository with the docker image reference.

Examples of usage:

/approve env=DEV repos=[all]
