Fastclick module now exposes Fastclick object instead of “attach” method #122

Fixes #120

Also listed Switchery's dependencies in package.json to prevent future issues.

@abpetkov , can this be merged please? I can't use Switchery via webpack until it's there. I get the error mentioned in #120
