Need initialization if dynamically created? #97

If I set the checkbox regularly, they act as expected (toggled, etc.), but if I create them dynamically, the checkbox look and style is okay (the switchery style) but it doesn't react to clicks (doesn't toggle).

Do I need to initialize the checkboxes? cause I don't initialize them otherwise...
