This issue's purpose is the make angular application stable and keep up to date

Checklist

[ ] Stable packages
- @angular/* | @angular-* | @abp/* | typescript packages must be the same with our template
[ ] Check angular.json file styles must be correct
[ ] tsconfig paths must be correct
- Get build all modules
