Could you send me your .bin files and the exact template you're using, so I can
look into it.

I'm also having this issue. It had been working fine until today. I renamed
some of my tabs and when I updated my Procurement forum template to match the
new stash names, the forum export tab no longer updates when I select any of my
stash tabs.
I can send over my .bin files and template if needed, just let me know.

Figured I didn't need to wait for your response if all you're going to do is
tell me to send the files over. I've attached them here.

@Awfulxaim did you restart Procurement again after renaming your tabs?
I've loaded up your items and template, and everything generates correctly for
me (see attached)

I did. I seem to have found something that might be solving the problem. I
downloaded 1.8.4 again and took its settings file. If I run procurement with
the newly downloaded settings file and don't change any settings it seems to
fill in the forum export perfectly. If I use my old settings from previous
versions the forum export does not work. The attached is with the old settings.

Ok, so it's related to your settings file. What is different between the two
files?

At the risk of making myself look stupid, The only thing I found in the
settings that looked like it was causing any issue was the "only list items
with buyouts" setting. Although that kind of seems pretty self-explanatory, I
guess I didn't understand what that mean when I enabled it.

That explains it - you don't have any items with a buyout set on them, since
"hardcoding" the buyout in your template dosen't count as setting an item
buyout, thus Procurement checks all your items, sees that none of them have a
buyout set for them or a tabwide buyout set for them in buyouts.xml, so it
doesn't add any items.
Take a look at the wiki for a clearer explanation of how buyouts work.
