Session ID issue #514

When I enter the session ID, Alias, Username, ETC., it all goes well but when 
it gets to the loading, it gets to this issue:

[Error] Error reading character data for (Insert character name here), if you 
are in offline mode you will need to login and update. If you received this 
error while logging in, the authenticated session may have expired or bad data 
has been returned by GGG or a network issue may have occurred - Please try 
again.

I fixed it, for some odd reason, changing it to compact mode and 
DownloadOnlyMyLeague to true fixed it... Can't tell you why

Hi,

Procurement moved to github over a year ago, and I have not been monitoring the 
google code issue tracker. 

Google is shutting down google code in 3 weeks time, as such I am disabling 
this issue tracker as I will not be able to reply after that date.
