Error reading character data #523

Hi i have this error with 3 chars (i delete 2 of them but still the error) and 
i cant use procurement (im running poe in steam)

[Error] Error reading character data for XinXuLin, if you are in offline mode 
you will need to login and update. If you received this error while logging in, 
the authenticated session may have expired or bad data has been returned by GGG 
or a network issue may have occurred - Please try again.

I'm having this same issue and I have no idea how to fix it. I've tried 
uninstalling and reinstalling procurement and have tried both account and 
session ID.

Same. I have tried account and sessionid both. Loads all stash tabs (112 of 
them, I haven't cleaned out the remove onlys - i wonder if its related), dies 
loading a character's info. Instead of dying with above error on a standard 
character, now loads HC first and dies on first char there.
