Pages concerned, including but not limited to:
-Create Event Steps 2, 6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Access the app using a computer where time is incorrectly set (i.e. 
2010-Dec-29 12:34:09 )
2. Access like pages stated above

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You can enter invalid dates (in the past) versus in actuality.
