Document database setup #31

Thanks for this bot. Would you mind committing the sql used to setup the database to the repo, or at least the query to create the postgres view "polls_extended_view"?

Yeah I've actually been meaning to do that at some point, thanks for opening the issue. Now I'll get around to it quicker.
