No way to 'Show the Controls' once you've hidden them #76

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View -> Uncheck 'Show Controls'
2. Get really confused as you hammer your keyboard trying to get the controls 
back.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ideally, there should be some shortcut to switch between the different views.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.4 on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS

Have you tried just the h button? That is the current shortcut that functions 
properly on my Maverick box.
