Service Notification #14

Have a notification item with a button to pause/stop the screen grabbing

This would only be for a mobile build as android TV has no notification center.

Changing milestone to MVP - it appears the expected standard for foreground services is to present a notification. This seems to be the same behavior on android TV, but maybe not.
