Toast message on connection error #146

Can we implement an toast for error messages that's come from hyperion? The Reason is that hyperion.ng specified the priority rage (100 - 199) for flat and proto connections.

would probably be a good idea to have... is hyperion.ng going to continue support for protobufs then?

Until the major third party apps are unported, it stays in hyperion.ng
