Alternate interface for TV #15

Project was started with support for android TV, so a simple interface will need to be tossed together to deploy a test for the shield.

This will actually be required if I want it available to android TV devices in the play store

Got this mostly taken care of, but I'm thinking I need to toss together a different banner image since the existing one doesn't have the name of the app in it (required) and has not been approved

Well new banner image appears to have made no difference. Now waiting on an appeal to Google since I can't seem to figure out why I keep getting rejected.
