Modified the reconnect code to only try reconnecting once we were able to connect once to the hyperion instance.
Tested by starting the app with hyperion turned off, and once turned on no connection was established. Previously it would keep trying to reconnect until the service was killed - so hyperion could be started and the connection would be made automatically.
