About/Info screen

Probably a good idea to add an 'about' screen. Some ideas for it:

• version info
• links to some resources (like hyperion forum, this github, maybe a help page)
• developer thanks
• translator thanks
• maybe ability to provide feedback

Would be glad to hear any more ideas you guys might have!
